Dual-channel high-precision intelligent digital display dual meter is an industrial-grade measuring instrument designed for multi-parameter simultaneous monitoring and control, adopting dual independent display modules and high-precision sensing technology, which can simultaneously display, analyze and control two physical quantities in real time.

1.High Accuracy Measurement Performance 

Digital Dual Meter is equipped with advanced measurement circuits and high sensitivity sensors to ensure extremely high accuracy in the measurement of a wide range of physical quantities. Voltage measurement, for example, can be stabilized to ±0.01% FS (full scale) over a wide range. This means that when measuring a 100V voltage, the error is only ±0.01V, which can satisfy scenarios such as testing electronic circuits and monitoring power systems that require high voltage accuracy. When measuring current, it also has excellent precision performance, accurate to milliamperes or even microamps, which is suitable for scientific research experiments that detect small changes in current and industrial control processes that have strict control over current precision. In terms of resistance measurement, it can be accurate to 0.1Ω, which is of vital significance in determining whether the resistance value of electronic components meets the standard, as well as in the debugging of resistance matching in high-precision circuit design. 


2. Dual-channel Independent Monitoring and Flexible Computing 

Dual-channel Independent Measurement: The product has two independent measurement channels, each of which can be connected to a different type of sensor to realize simultaneous measurement of two different physical quantities. For example, one channel can be connected to a pressure sensor for monitoring pressure changes in industrial pipelines; the other channel can be connected to a liquid level sensor for real-time mastery of the liquid level in the container. This dual-channel design greatly improves measurement efficiency and avoids the increased cost and space occupation problems associated with using multiple single-channel instruments. The two channels are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the measurement data. 

Flexible channel arithmetic function: The instrument has a built-in powerful arithmetic unit, which can perform a variety of mathematical operations on the measured values of the two channels, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculation of the average value and so on. In industrial production, by multiplying the measured values of two related physical quantities (e.g. flow and density), the mass flow rate of the material can be obtained directly, which is convenient for the monitoring and management of the production process. In scientific research experiments, the measured values of different experimental parameters for the operation, help to quickly analyze the experimental data and draw accurate conclusions. 


3. Clear and intuitive display 

  • High-resolution dual-screen display: the use of two high-resolution liquid crystal display (LCD), corresponding to the two measurement channels, can clearly present the measurement data, units, channel status and alarm prompts and other information. The display has good readability, even in direct light or dim light environment, users can easily read the data. The brightness and contrast of the display can be automatically adjusted according to the ambient light to provide users with the best visual experience.

  • Colorful display and data differentiation: Some models of digital dual meter adopt colorful display to differentiate the measurement data through different colors, making the data more intuitive and easy to understand. Normal measurement data is displayed in green, data out of the normal range but not reaching the alarm threshold is displayed in yellow, and when the measured value triggers an alarm, the data is displayed in red flashing, this intuitive visual cue allows the user to quickly determine whether the measurement results are normal or not, which greatly improves the efficiency of the work, and reduces operational errors due to incorrect readings.
