1.Working Principle
Vacuum pump generates vacuum by mechanical movement and draws gas into the pump. In this process, it will be accompanied by the generation of oil mist. The oil mist filter uses filter paper, cotton and other filtering materials to intercept the oil droplets in the oil-gas mixture under the driving force of gas flow, so that the gas can pass through, thus realizing the separation of oil mist and gas. The core filter material is mostly imported glass fiber fabric, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low pressure drop, and good corrosion resistance, etc. It will also be used with PET material around it, which has the advantages of oleophobic, flame retardant and corrosion resistance.

5.Maintenance Points
In order to ensure its normal operation and filtration effect, it is necessary to check the pressure drop of the filter regularly, and the filter element should be replaced in time when the pressure drop exceeds a certain value (e.g., 40kPa) or the use time reaches a specified length (e.g., 2000 hours). When replacing the filter element, it is recommended to check the condition of the vacuum pump oil at the same time. If the oil has been contaminated, it is necessary to clean the vacuum pump and replace the oil with new one in order to prolong the service life of the vacuum pump and filter.
